Healthy workout plan for model?

I have a photo shoot coming up around the 20th of January and I need to get back into shape for it and tone up with a healthy diet along with it.
It is just so hard for me if I dont have a complete plan until the day of it or so.
Was wondering if anyone could help me with getting one together to the day or direct me to a site that has a whole work out plan and diet optional in it.
Please and thank you whoever!

Hi Sammi, here are some tips to help you get in shape in a healthy way.

– take out all junk and processed food. Since you only have one month left till the photoshoot, I recommend to eat a clean and healthy diet. No cheat days!
– no refined carbohydrates (white rice, white bread, pasta)
– eat lean protein, fiber rich foods, vegetables, and fruits (limit bananas
– if you need to snack, eat almonds or fruits
– spread your meals to small 6 meals per day instead of 3
– drink water only
– if you have green tea, it would also benefit you

– do HIIT cardio for 45 minutes a day
– if you don't like running on a machine or have access to a gym, then a fitness dvd like Focus T25 will be easier to follow. Try to do two sessions per day if you can (50 minutes)
– add in some bodyweight exercises
– pushups
– plank
– burpees
– squats
– mountain climbers
– jumping jacks
– high knees running in place

When working out, always contract your core to keep you balanced.

Good luck with your photo shoot! I'm jealous!

A healthy and diet and workout plan?

I am 16 and I currently weight 141 lbs and I'm around 5'7" – 5'9". I have some tummy fat that I want to get rid of by then end of June. I'm wanting to know what kinds of foods I can have and not have and how much of it I need.

Am I at a good weight already? Or how much should I lose?

I also need a good workout. Something not too confusing and won't make me pass out or anything. Gas is so expensive and the closest gym is 1 hour 20 minutes away, so I can't really do much with the equipment. I also take medication everyday. If that would have any effect on it.

You're slap bang in the middle of being healthy on your BMI so I'd just eat healthier and do things like sit ups and aerobics dvds to stay healthy :)

Help with workout plan?

I dont go to a gym much but I do plenty of ab and arm workouts in my room. Is it bad to do that stuff everyday? If so, how many times a week should I workout?

Workout wise, a combination of free weights and cardio 3-4 times a week is optimal. Weight lifting helps burn more calories at rest.
